Rob Mezzanotte

You speak directly with the person who will investigate your home and explain the findings.

Rob is a certified mold inspector with more than 20 years of hands-on building experience. He understands that mold concerns are rarely just about a spot on a wall—they involve water, humidity, air movement, materials and the way a home was built or repaired.

From the first conversation through the report and any follow-up verification, Rob remains your point of contact. You are not passed from a salesperson to a project manager and then to someone else writing the report.

He understands how homes work

Building experience helps Rob follow water paths, recognize hidden areas and understand the right order for repair and cleanup.

He explains what testing means

Results are connected to the exact room, surface, moisture condition and concern—not handed to you as numbers without context.

He works for your family

Rob does not perform remediation or receive referral fees, so he has no financial reason to make the cleanup larger or smaller.

Why Independence Matters

You deserve advice from someone whose job is to understand the problem—not sell the cleanup.

Remediation contractors can be essential once the work is defined. Tune My Space helps you know what happened, what should be addressed and how to check that the result is complete.
