Best Fit
One defined concern—but enough investigation to answer it properly.
A targeted assessment is for a leak, visible area, odor, crawlspace, attic, HVAC concern or remediation proposal that appears limited. It is not a quick mold test. Rob investigates how the building was affected and uses testing where visual evidence alone leaves important questions unanswered.
The goal is to prevent a focused problem from becoming either an unnecessarily large cleanup or an incomplete repair that has to be repeated.
The assessment may include
- Water-event and repair history
- Visual inspection of affected and adjacent areas
- Moisture mapping, thermal imaging and humidity data
- Evaluation of likely hidden pathways
- Air or surface sampling matched to the question
- HVAC review when air movement may matter
- Written findings, scope and verification recommendations
Questions it can help answer
- Was the hidden moisture source fully corrected?
- Could mold extend beyond the visible area?
- What does testing confirm or rule out?
- What materials should be removed, cleaned or monitored?
- Does a contractor proposal address the whole issue?
- How should completion be independently verified?
Independent by Design
The assessment is the product—not an unpaid sales visit.
Tune My Space is paid to understand and document the problem. Rob does not perform remediation or earn referral fees, so the size of the cleanup does not determine the value of the visit.
Before Scheduling
Send the history, photos, test results and proposals you already have.
Reviewing prior information helps identify what remains unanswered, select the right testing strategy and avoid duplicating work that does not need to be repeated.
