When you submit an inquiry, Tune My Space may collect your name, email, telephone number, property city or ZIP code, preferred contact method, description of the concern and files you choose to upload.
How information is used
Information is used to review the inquiry, respond to you, determine whether the requested work is within scope, prepare a proposal or provide services. Tune My Space does not sell inquiry information to advertisers.
Uploaded files
Do not upload medical records, Social Security numbers, payment-card information or other highly sensitive data. Photographs, laboratory reports and contractor proposals should be limited to what is needed to understand the property concern.
Website analytics
Tune My Space uses Google Analytics and first-party website analytics to understand how people find and use the site, which pages are helpful, where visitors leave, and whether visitors use contact or call buttons. These tools may record page views, referral source, campaign parameters, device and browser type, approximate engagement time, scroll depth, button clicks and form progress. The first-party analytics system uses anonymous visitor and session identifiers and does not record the words you type into the inquiry form as analytics data. It may also derive approximate country, state/region and city from a visitor's network address so Tune My Space can understand how visitors from its service area use the site. The raw IP address is not stored in Tune My Space analytics records.
Google Analytics may process device, network and approximate geographic information according to Google’s own privacy practices. Tune My Space does not sell analytics information to advertisers.
Website records
The website may create server and analytics logs needed for security, operation and website improvement. Contact submissions may be retained as business records. You may request correction or deletion of an inquiry unless retention is required for an active project or legal obligation.
Service boundaries
Website information is educational and does not create an inspector-client relationship until scope and scheduling are confirmed. Tune My Space does not provide medical advice, certified lead inspection or certified asbestos inspection.
